What's the hardest climb in the UK? [« close]
Many opinions on this....and the subject matter to many a thread over the years...
There isn't a definitive answer to this unfortunately...but if we had 'accurate' profiles of our UK brutes?...with all the proper factual data...and if we had gradient sectors marked alongside the length of the climb it may make it a tad more clearer?
And this is what we're currently working on...creating accurate profiles....should all be ready in a few weeks...
Maybe then we could have a more educated idea?
There's gonna be some shocks as most climbs get wildly over exaggerated...
But this is plain fact...and the profiles are very accurate...
Update: We were just going to list the toughest of the tough, but we already have 64 profiles for Scotland alone...so it looks like it's going to be quite an extensive profile database....we will start listing them up fairly soon....bear with us.
If there's any 'killers' around your way that you think we have misssed then please leave us details and we will get it all profiled up for you.
